  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Data Centers, ensuring their optimal performance.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and coaching as needed.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  7. Continuously review and update disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the data center industry and implement best practices.
  9. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on data center operations and address any concerns.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for the data center division.
  12. Conduct training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  13. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve data center operations and meet business needs.
  14. Ensure data center security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  15. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Optimizing Large-Scale Data Center Operations, Including Server Infrastructure, Network Systems, And Storage Solutions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Industry Best Practices And Standards For Data Center Operations, Such As Itil And Iso 27001.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing And Developing Teams, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Center Technologies And Trends, Including Virtualization, Cloud Computing, And Software-Defined Networking.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Business Objectives.
