  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to understand their business needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
  2. Implement and drive HR initiatives and programs to support the company's growth and success.
  3. Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational needs and challenges.
  5. Partner with leadership to develop and drive a culture of diversity, inclusion, and high performance.
  6. Lead and manage the performance management process, including coaching, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  7. Provide guidance and support for employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
  8. Stay current on HR industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate HR strategies.
  9. Manage and ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and risks, and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  11. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent for key positions.
  12. Continuously assess and improve HR processes and policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Mentor and develop junior HR team members to support their growth and career development.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
  15. Embody the company's core values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Industry Trends And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Within The Organization.
