  1. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding their goals and challenges and providing HR solutions to support them.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
  3. Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent through effective sourcing and selection methods.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  5. Conduct regular training sessions for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits packages for employees.
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  8. Lead and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  9. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  10. Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for implementing new initiatives to enhance the HR function.
  11. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.
  12. Support and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  13. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
  15. Mentor and coach junior HR team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Hr Business Partner At Cbre Group Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Roles, With A Strong Track Record Of Business Partnering And Strategic Hr Support.

  • Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Local And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations, And The Ability To Apply Them To Cbre Group's Operations.

  • Strategic Mindset: The Senior Hr Business Partner Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Align Hr Initiatives With Cbre Group's Overall Business Objectives. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As The Senior Hr Business Partner Will Be Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leaders, Employees, And External Partners.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals, As Well As The Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
