  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of CBRE Group.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization to understand their needs and provide effective HR support.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and advice on all HR matters.
  4. Collaborate with leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  5. Drive the performance management process, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  6. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
  7. Lead and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  8. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to drive business results.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.
  11. Lead and/or participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  12. Mentor and develop junior HR team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  13. Represent CBRE Group in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Hr Business Partner At Cbre Group Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Hr Field, With A Focus On Business Partnering And Strategic Hr Management.

  • Strategic Mindset: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Business And Industry, And Be Able To Align Hr Strategies With The Overall Goals And Objectives Of Cbre Group.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Level Position, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With All Levels Of The Organization And Build Strong Relationships.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Results: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Implementing And Executing Hr Initiatives That Have Positively Impacted The Organization's Performance.

  • Leadership And People Management Experience: The Senior Hr Business Partner Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals, Therefore, Previous Experience In People Management And Leadership Is Essential. The Candidate Should Also Have A Strong Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members.
