  1. Oversee the maintenance, safety, and overall operations of all commercial properties managed by the company.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient and cost-effective facility management.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Manage and supervise a team of facilities staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  7. Create and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
  8. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
  9. Communicate with tenants and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with other departments such as leasing, finance, and construction to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
  11. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  12. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in facilities management.
  13. Ensure all properties are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management.
  15. Act as a liaison between the company and third-party property owners.
  16. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in facility management and recommend their implementation or integration.
  17. Identify and address any potential risks or hazards to the properties.
  18. Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  19. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  20. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management Role, Preferably In A Leadership Or Senior Management Position.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Facilities, Including Budgeting, Project Management, And Vendor Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Codes, And Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices For Maintenance And Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Effectively Manage A Team Of Facilities Professionals.
