Extensive Experience In Technical Due Diligence: A Senior Consultant Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Conducting Technical Due Diligence For Commercial Real Estate Properties. This Includes Proficiency In Analyzing Building Systems, Construction Documents, And Identifying Potential Risks And Issues.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Local, State, And National Building Codes And Regulations. This Is Crucial In Identifying Any Non-Compliance Issues During Due Diligence And Providing Recommendations For Remediation.
Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Clients And Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner. This Includes Preparing Comprehensive Reports And Presentations, As Well As Managing Client Expectations Throughout The Due Diligence Process.
Proven Project Management Skills: Managing Multiple Due Diligence Projects Simultaneously Requires Strong Project Management Skills. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion, Including Budget And Timeline Management.
Customer Focus And Business Development Experience: A Senior Consultant Should Have A Strong Customer Focus And Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients. Additionally, Experience In Business Development, Including Identifying And Pursuing New Opportunities, Is Highly Desirable For This Role.
