  1. Oversee and manage the maintenance and operations of commercial buildings to ensure they are safe, efficient, and in compliance with all regulations and codes.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities to identify and address any potential issues.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely and effective upkeep of all building systems and components.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and major projects.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance logs.
  7. Monitor and maintain building budgets and expenses related to maintenance and repairs.
  8. Train and supervise junior engineering staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulations related to building maintenance and operations.
  10. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company and client safety standards.
  11. Collaborate with property management and other teams to address and resolve any tenant or client concerns related to building systems and maintenance.
  12. Participate in emergency on-call rotation for after-hours building systems emergencies.
  13. Conduct regular meetings with building management to provide updates on maintenance and operational activities.
  14. Continuously assess and recommend improvements to building systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive and professional image of CBRE Group.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Building Engineering Or Facility Management, Preferably Within A Commercial Real Estate Setting.

  • Professional Engineer (Pe) License Or Certified Facility Manager (Cfm) Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience With Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Other Building Systems.
