
Sales Analyst - Customer Success
Learn, support and drive the adoption of A&T technology tools including; Deal IQ, Performance IQ, Global Listing, TransAct, Site IQ, CALC, Salesforce, VTS and others. Support the deployment for both initial rollouts and ongoing onboarding of A&T technology tools to targeted user bases. Support the execution of comprehensive change, training and communication plans associated with deployment the A&T technology tools. Provide analysis support, proactively manage data and data sources, prepare periodic reports on key company adoption and usage metrics. Act as liaison to Digital & Technology team members to translate business requirements and needs, and vice versa. Interact with and facilitate vendor management.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training
Prior sales support experience preferred.
Ability to provide excellent and courteous service to customers.
