- Oversee the facilities management of CBRE's life sciences portfolio in Indianapolis, IN.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure the smooth operation of complex facilities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the life sciences portfolio to meet client objectives and goals.
- Manage and monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the portfolio.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility management strategies.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify and address any operational challenges or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other regional facilities directors to share best practices and implement consistent processes.
- Represent CBRE Group and the life sciences portfolio in a professional and positive manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Equipment, And Operations.
Ability To Develop And Manage Budgets, As Well As Experience With Vendor Contract Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Of Facilities Professionals.
