  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure CBRE remains at the forefront of construction project management.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  13. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  14. Collaborate with other regional directors to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Construction Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Construction Projects, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Project Managers And Other Construction Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Local Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Standards In The Region Where The Position Is Located.
