- Create a positive and welcoming first impression for all individuals entering the office.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's services, offerings, and personnel.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Act as a liaison between clients and company employees, communicating messages and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, restocking as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, as needed.
- Ensure that all visitors and guests are following security protocols and procedures.
