As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our real estate services professionals.   1. Provide administrative support to real estate services professionals, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and other materials related to real estate transactions.
  4. Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and property listings.
  5. Coordinate and track project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  6. Conduct market research and compile data to support real estate services professionals in their client presentations and proposals.
  7. Coordinate and assist with property tours and inspections.
  8. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  9. Assist with the preparation and processing of real estate transaction documents and contracts.
  10. Maintain and update client databases and assist with client relationship management.
  11. Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software, Such As Yardi Or Mri.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Management Or Administration.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Property Management, Leasing, And Financial Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients And Colleagues.
