- Provide administrative support to the real estate services department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling phone and email communication.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of real estate transactions and client information.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct research and gather market data to support real estate decisions.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and property listings.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Administration Or Property Management
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software, Such As Yardi Or Mri.
