- Provide administrative support to the real estate services team.
- Maintain and organize all real estate documents, contracts, and files.
- Perform data entry and update databases with relevant information.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Conduct research and gather information for various real estate projects.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
- Monitor and track project timelines and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks.
- Proactively identify and address any administrative issues or challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to real estate.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
- Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by the team or management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Administration Or Property Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Industry Regulations And Laws.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients, Tenants, And Vendors.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
