  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of clients' real estate portfolios, including but not limited to property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and tenant relations.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize the value and performance of clients' real estate assets.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and make informed recommendations to clients.
  4. Negotiate leases, contracts, and other agreements on behalf of clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of real estate projects.
  6. Monitor and analyze property performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance value.
  7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate management.
  8. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on portfolio performance and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry professionals, including brokers, attorneys, and property managers.
  10. Train, mentor, and supervise junior team members to ensure high-quality service and achieve team goals.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in real estate management.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of real estate management services.
  13. Prepare and present reports, budgets, and financial analyses to clients.
  14. Act as a liaison between clients and third-party service providers, such as contractors and vendors.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote services and expand the client base.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably In Commercial Properties.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Current Industry Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Real Estate Portfolios, Including Budgeting And Financial Analysis.
