  1. Manage and oversee all real estate assets for CBRE Group, ensuring maximum value is achieved for clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the management of real estate assets, in alignment with company objectives and client needs.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and make informed recommendations to clients.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  5. Work closely with internal teams, including leasing, finance, and legal departments, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions.
  6. Regularly review and evaluate property performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance value.
  7. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
  8. Oversee property maintenance and repair activities, ensuring high-quality standards are met and costs are kept within budget.
  9. Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, and make recommendations for adapting strategies to remain competitive.
  11. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support to help them grow their skills and knowledge.
  12. Represent CBRE Group in a professional and positive manner at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Job Qualifications
