1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of commercial real estate properties.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
3. Manage and lead a team of property staff, including leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff.
4. Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet safety and regulatory standards.
5. Monitor financial performance and create budgets for assigned properties.
6. Negotiate lease agreements, rental rates, and other contracts.
7. Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues in a timely manner.
8. Stay updated on current market trends and advise clients on property values and investment opportunities.
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to achieve company goals and objectives.
10. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants.
11. Resolve tenant complaints and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
12. Oversee property renovations, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
13. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
14. Provide regular reports to senior management on property performance and market trends.
15. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
