Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Property Management Or Real Estate Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Local And State Real Estate Laws, Regulations, And Codes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Tenants, And Vendors.
