  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for managing and growing CBRE's real estate portfolio.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including budgeting, financial reporting, and lease management.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and make recommendations to senior management.
  4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  5. Manage a team of real estate professionals and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and identify potential risks.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, including leasing, marketing, and finance, to ensure the effective management of properties and achievement of business goals.
  8. Negotiate and execute lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  9. Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance and repair projects to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends and apply them to improve processes and procedures within the real estate department.
  11. Represent CBRE at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand and services.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  13. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and work to expand CBRE's real estate portfolio.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of assigned properties and any areas for improvement.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the real estate team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably In Commercial Properties.

  • Strong Financial Acumen And Experience With Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients, Tenants, And Team Members.

  • Proven Leadership And Management Skills, Including Experience In Supervising A Team And Overseeing Multiple Properties.
