  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned real estate properties, including but not limited to leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial performance.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  3. Utilize market knowledge and industry expertise to identify and implement strategies for maximizing property value and generating revenue.
  4. Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for assigned properties.
  5. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  6. Implement and maintain property management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  7. Negotiate lease agreements and other contracts with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
  8. Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining tenants.
  9. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on property performance and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve property management strategies and operations.
  11. Supervise and mentor property management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management.
  13. Represent CBRE in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting the company's values and mission.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records and files for all assigned properties.
  15. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay connected with potential clients and industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local And State Real Estate Laws, Regulations, And Market Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Overseeing Large Real Estate Portfolios And Leading A Team Of Property Managers.
