  2. Oversee day-to-day operations and activities of properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  3. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with company standards.
  4. Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions related to property acquisitions, dispositions, and renovations.
  5. Work closely with leasing and marketing teams to develop and execute effective leasing strategies.
  6. Manage budgets, financial performance, and expenses related to the company's real estate portfolio.
  7. Negotiate and review lease agreements, ensuring they are in line with company policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the company's real estate management processes.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the real estate portfolio.
  11. Mentor and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality performance and professional development within the real estate management team.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate markets and competition to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's real estate services.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
