Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably With A Focus On Commercial Properties.
Strong Knowledge Of Local And State Real Estate Laws And Regulations.
