  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of clients' properties to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the management of properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  3. Conduct regular property inspections and identify areas for improvement to maintain high-quality standards.
  4. Manage and negotiate lease agreements, rental rates, and other tenant-related matters.
  5. Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to attract and retain tenants, and maintain a high occupancy rate.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and provide recommendations to clients.
  7. Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  10. Supervise and mentor property management staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports to clients and senior management on property performance, financials, and other relevant metrics.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and market trends to continuously improve property management services.
  13. Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of all property-related activities.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
