
Real Estate Consultant
The Lead will work directly with clients, brokers and accounts to drive top line revenue, and will work closely with domain experts and local engagement managers, who are focused on delivering consulting projects. Develop tailored scopes for consulting assignments. Articulate the services and value propositions of all CBRE consulting capabilities. Lead and/or participate in pricing and contract negotiations. Track all activity using a sales management database. Coordinate with CBRE brokers, accounts and market leaders to help differentiate CBRE by integrating consulting capabilities into one-off assignments and accounts.
Ability to foster and refresh ongoing client relationships

7+ years of credible, related work experience in leading business development or delivery of strategic projects
