  1. Assist in day-to-day property management tasks and operations under the guidance of senior team members.
  2. Collaborate with property management team to maintain and improve property performance and tenant satisfaction.
  3. Support in conducting property inspections and creating reports.
  4. Participate in tenant communication and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  5. Help with lease administration and tenant onboarding processes.
  6. Support in financial management and budgeting for assigned properties.
  7. Assist in vendor and contractor management for property maintenance and repairs.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to support property decision-making.
  9. Attend team meetings and training sessions to learn about property management processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to property management.
  11. Act as a point of contact for tenants and provide excellent customer service.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve property performance.
  13. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the property management team.
  14. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow in the field of property management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Property Management Intern At Cbre Group, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Tenants, Property Owners, And Other Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Effectively Convey Information, Actively Listen, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Knowledge Of Property Management Principles: The Ideal Candidate For This Internship Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Property Management Principles, Such As Lease Agreements, Budgeting, Maintenance, And Tenant Relations. This Knowledge Will Help In Understanding The Day-To-Day Operations Of A Commercial Property.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office: Proficiency In Microsoft Office, Particularly Excel, Is A Must For This Role. Property Management Interns Will Be Responsible For Creating Reports, Analyzing Data, And Managing Spreadsheets, Making It Essential To Have Strong Excel Skills.

  • Attention To Detail: Property Management Involves Overseeing Multiple Properties And Handling Various Tasks Simultaneously. It Is Crucial For Interns To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure All Aspects Of Property Management Are Properly Managed, From Lease Agreements To Financial Records.
