  1. Assist in day-to-day property management tasks and operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to support property management decision making.
  3. Participate in property inspections and create detailed reports.
  4. Assist in lease administration and ensure accuracy of lease documents.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving property performance.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of property activity and financial data.
  7. Attend meetings and training sessions to learn about industry trends and best practices.
  8. Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  9. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for properties.
  10. Support property marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and coordinating events.
  11. Handle tenant inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  12. Learn and follow all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies pertaining to property management.
  13. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the property management team.
