  2. Learn and apply industry-specific software and tools to support property management operations.
  3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for maximizing property performance and maintaining tenant satisfaction.
  4. Support the leasing process by conducting market research, creating marketing materials, and coordinating property tours.
  5. Conduct regular property inspections and assist in creating reports and action plans for any identified issues.
  6. Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members to ensure timely resolution of any property-related concerns.
  7. Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for assigned properties.
  8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of property management practices and procedures.
  9. Maintain organized and accurate records of property management tasks and activities.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and contribute new ideas to the property management team.
