
Property Administrator

- Manage and maintain property databases and records, including leases, contracts, and tenant information.
- Coordinate and schedule property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting for assigned properties.
- Review and process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Conduct regular property walk-throughs to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Collaborate with property management team to develop and implement strategies for maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for tenants, including inspecting units and preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct market research and assist with property marketing efforts.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for property services.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related activities and communications.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns related to property operations.
- Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets and forecasting.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in property management and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
Proficiency In Property Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Property Management Principles, Practices, And Procedures.
