As a Property Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.   1. Manage and maintain property databases and records, including leases, contracts, and tenant information.
  2. Coordinate and schedule property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  3. Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting for assigned properties.
  5. Review and process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  6. Conduct regular property walk-throughs to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  7. Collaborate with property management team to develop and implement strategies for maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction.
  8. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for tenants, including inspecting units and preparing necessary documentation.
  9. Conduct market research and assist with property marketing efforts.
  10. Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for property services.
  11. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
  12. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related activities and communications.
  13. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns related to property operations.
  14. Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets and forecasting.
  15. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in property management and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.

  • Proficiency In Property Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Property Management Principles, Practices, And Procedures.
