Job Description

As a Procurement Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and support the procurement process for various facilities management services.   1. Conduct thorough analysis of procurement data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for procurement of facilities management services.
  3. Monitor and track procurement processes, contracts, and expenditures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Research and evaluate potential vendors and negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive and cost-effective services for clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and vendor information.
  6. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in procurement processes or vendor performance.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in procurement and facilities management to continuously improve processes and drive cost savings.
  9. Provide regular reports and analysis to management on procurement activities, cost savings, and process improvements.
  10. Participate in regular meetings and discussions with team members to share insights, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Facilities Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, Including Contract Negotiation And Vendor Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
