  1. Develop and maintain relationships with private clients, including high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
  2. Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
  4. Prepare and present property presentations and financial analyses to clients.
  5. Collaborate with the Private Client Program team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for properties.
  6. Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  9. Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  11. Collaborate with other brokers and team members to share knowledge and resources.
  12. Follow all legal and ethical guidelines when conducting real estate transactions.
  13. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  14. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Sales Or Brokerage, Preferably In The Private Client Sector.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Local Real Estate Market And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Closing Deals And Achieving Sales Targets.
