
Portfolio Analyst
Working under direct supervision, provides routine day-to-day operations and administrative support for Portfolio Managers. Conducts moderate to complex research and other functions enabling the department to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Manage the intake, tracking, and delivery of portfolio assignments on a National Level. Oversee a shared Outlook mailbox, forwarding correspondence as appropriate and escalating issues to leadership Works in conjunction with Portfolio team members to tackle all tasks on timely fashion. Maintain communication with clients, originators, and appraisers based on internal best practices and client needs. Review assistance provided by various operations teams. Maintain assignment details in internal database.
A minimum of two years related work experience to include administrative tasks and or business analytics
Work experience related to specific department or business unit function preferred.
Spreadsheet skill set to include advanced functions such as graphics, pivot tables.
