- Install, maintain and repair various types of piping systems in commercial buildings.
- Follow blueprints, specifications and building codes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues or maintenance needs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose piping system problems and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and other professionals to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Extensive Knowledge Of Pipefitting Techniques And Tools: A Qualified Pipefitter At Cbre Group Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Pipe Materials, Fittings, And Installation Methods. They Must Also Be Familiar With Using Tools Such As Pipe Cutters, Threaders, And Welding Equipment.
Relevant Work Experience: Cbre Group Expects Its Pipefitters To Have Prior Experience In The Field, Preferably In A Commercial Or Industrial Setting. This Could Include Experience In Reading Blueprints, Installing And Repairing Pipes, And Troubleshooting Issues.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As A Pipefitter, One Must Be Able To Quickly Identify And Address Any Problems That May Arise During The Installation Or Repair Process. A Qualified Candidate Should Have Excellent Critical Thinking And Troubleshooting Abilities To Ensure Projects Are Completed Efficiently.
