As an Occupancy Planner, you will play a key role in maximizing the efficiency and functionality of our clients' workspaces. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and practical solutions. If you have a strong background in space planning and a desire to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the utilization of clients' workspaces in accordance with their business objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current space usage and make recommendations for improvements and cost savings.
  3. Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to develop efficient and functional office layouts.
  4. Utilize software tools and databases to accurately track and report on space utilization metrics.
  5. Conduct site visits and workplace assessments to gather data and assess space requirements.
  6. Create detailed space plans, including furniture layouts, for new and existing clients.
  7. Ensure that all space plans comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
  8. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful implementation of space plans.
  9. Continuously monitor and review space utilization and make adjustments as needed to maximize efficiency.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for clients.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the planning process.
  15. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Autocad, Revit, And Other Space Planning Software.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Occupancy Planning, Facility Management, Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Building Codes, Space Planning Principles, And Workplace Standards.

  • Excellent Communication, Organization, And Project Management Skills.
