• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on various carpentry projects within our clients' facilities, including but not limited to installation of fixtures, doors, windows, and cabinetry
• Utilize a diverse set of technical skills to troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and identify any potential maintenance needs or safety hazards
• Coordinate and communicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites to ensure a safe and secure environment for all individuals
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Stay updated on industry standards and techniques to continuously improve skills and provide the best possible service to our clients
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain efficient operations
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions for clients' facilities management needs.
