  1. Develop and implement fire and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and inspections of company properties to identify potential fire and safety hazards and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
  4. Manage a team of fire and safety professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  5. Oversee the maintenance and testing of fire and safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and alarms.
  6. Monitor and analyze safety data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  7. Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on the status of the fire and safety program and any potential risks or issues.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for all fire and safety-related inquiries, concerns, and incidents.
  9. Conduct investigations into fire and safety incidents and develop detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay informed about updates and changes in fire and safety regulations and ensure compliance across all company properties.
  11. Develop and manage the fire and safety budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely delivery of services.
  12. Foster a culture of safety by promoting awareness and providing training to all employees on fire and safety protocols.
  13. Represent the company in meetings with government agencies and other external stakeholders to discuss fire and safety-related matters.
  14. Participate in company-wide safety committees and initiatives to continuously improve and promote a safe working environment.
  15. Act as a role model for safety by adhering to all fire and safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety among team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Fire Safety Regulations: A Manager At Cbre Group Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Fire Safety Regulations, Including Nfpa Codes And Standards. This Knowledge Allows Them To Effectively Develop And Implement Fire Safety Policies And Procedures.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Manager At Cbre Group, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Fire Safety Professionals. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Clear Direction To Their Team.

  • Experience In Fire Safety Management: Cbre Group Is Seeking Candidates With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fire Safety Management. This Includes Experience In Conducting Fire Risk Assessments, Developing Emergency Response Plans, And Conducting Fire Safety Training For Employees.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: In The Event Of A Fire Emergency, The Manager At Cbre Group Will Be Required To Make Critical Decisions Quickly. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Abilities And Be Able To Remain Calm And Composed Under Pressure.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Manager At Cbre Group, The Individual Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Employees, And Local Authorities. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
