- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan for the Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical facility in Branchburg, NJ
- Coordinate with facility management and maintenance team to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Monitor and track equipment performance, identifying potential issues and proactively scheduling maintenance to prevent downtime
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of critical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Update and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and maintenance costs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving measures in the maintenance program
- Communicate with facility management and relevant stakeholders on maintenance schedules, progress, and any potential disruptions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology to continuously improve processes and procedures

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Maintenance Planning For Life Sciences Or Pharmaceutical Facilities.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements For Life Sciences And Pharmaceutical Industries.
Familiarity With Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) And Scheduling Software.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Prioritize Multiple Maintenance Projects.
