  1. Manage and maintain accurate loan information for our clients.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient loan servicing operations.
  3. Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
  4. Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams to resolve any loan servicing inquiries.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with loan servicing procedures and regulations.
  6. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for loan restructuring or modifications.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline loan servicing processes and improve overall efficiency.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines related to loan servicing.
  9. Prepare and present reports on loan portfolio performance to management.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive loan information.
  11. Train and mentor new loan servicing team members.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement in loan servicing procedures and suggest solutions.
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Loan Servicing Or A Similar Role In The Commercial Real Estate Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Loan Documentation, Servicing Agreements, And Legal Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Reporting, With Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
