- Manage and maintain accurate loan information for our clients.
- Ensure timely and efficient loan servicing operations.
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams to resolve any loan servicing inquiries.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with loan servicing procedures and regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for loan restructuring or modifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline loan servicing processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines related to loan servicing.
- Prepare and present reports on loan portfolio performance to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive loan information.
- Train and mentor new loan servicing team members.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in loan servicing procedures and suggest solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Loan Servicing Or A Similar Role In The Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Loan Documentation, Servicing Agreements, And Legal Requirements.
Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Reporting, With Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
