  1. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex building control systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  2. Lead a team of controls technicians to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the long-term sustainability of control systems.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for client needs.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements to continuously improve technical expertise and stay ahead of competition.
  7. Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  9. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
  11. Assist in developing and managing budgets for control system maintenance and upgrades.
  12. Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  13. Represent CBRE in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times.
  14. Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and confidentiality agreements.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Hvac, Electrical, And Mechanical Systems.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Lead Or Supervisory Role In Controls Or Building Automation.

  • Extensive Experience With Various Control Systems And Software, Including Bacnet, Modbus, And Lon.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Issues.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Clients And Vendors.
