- Oversee the maintenance and operation of critical building systems for our clients.
- Utilize expertise in controls systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ensure the smooth operation of clients' facilities by performing regular maintenance and inspections.
- Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance and support for their day-to-day tasks.
- Collaborate with clients and other team members to identify and implement solutions for any technical issues.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant systems and equipment in order to provide efficient and effective service.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in order to continuously improve our services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in the field.
- Continuously evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Represent CBRE Group in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Knowledge Of Control Systems: A Lead Controls Technician At Cbre Group Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Control Systems And Their Components, Including Hvac, Lighting, And Building Automation Systems.
Technical Expertise: This Role Requires A High Level Of Technical Expertise In Troubleshooting And Repairing Control Systems, As Well As The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.
Leadership Skills: As A Lead Technician, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Technicians And Overseeing Their Work. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively Are Essential Qualifications For This Position.
Communication Skills: A Key Aspect Of This Role Is Effectively Communicating With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Convey Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
