
ICT Svc Delivery Technician - IT Data Center Technician

- Provide technical support to clients for all ICT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of ICT services to clients by maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and responding to service requests promptly.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to clients' IT systems and infrastructure, including data center equipment and servers.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent service disruptions.
- Work closely with the IT team to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to resolve technical issues and escalate as needed.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise updates on the status of their service requests.
- Document all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and client communication, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of ICT services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge ICT services to clients.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Train and support users on new systems and technologies to promote efficient and effective use of ICT services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of clients' data and systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to provide efficient and effective support and promote a positive team culture.

Technical Expertise: A Qualified Ict Svc Delivery Technician Should Have A Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure, Including Hardware, Software, Networking, And Data Center Operations. They Should Also Be Proficient In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: Cbre Group Operates In A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Industry, And A Qualified Ict Svc Delivery Technician Should Be Familiar With The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Data Center Operations And It Service Delivery.
