  1. Perform routine and emergency HVAC maintenance and repairs for commercial properties in the Massachusetts area.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and troubleshoot problems.
  3. Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
  4. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to industry standards.
  5. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on client properties.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on work progress and any potential issues.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies related to HVAC systems.
  9. Order and maintain inventory of necessary tools and parts for HVAC repairs and maintenance.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations.
  11. Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  12. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend emergency repairs.
  13. Continuously strive to uphold the company's reputation for providing high-quality and timely HVAC services.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Ma Hvac Technician License: The Ideal Candidate For This Job Must Possess A Valid Ma Hvac Technician License, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Expertise In The Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: Cbre Group Is Looking For A Candidate With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Hvac Maintenance And Repair. This Experience Will Ensure They Are Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices.

  • Knowledge Of Hvac Systems And Equipment: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Hvac Systems And Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Boilers, Chillers, And Air Conditioning Units.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem-Solve: The Role Of A Hvac Technician Often Involves Identifying And Solving Complex Issues With Hvac Systems. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And The Ability To Think Critically To Find Solutions.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Hvac Technician, The Candidate Will Often Interact With Clients And Other Team Members. Therefore, Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential To Effectively Communicate And Work Collaboratively With Others.
