  3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC equipment.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary parts and equipment for HVAC repairs.
  5. Collaborate with property managers and tenants to address any HVAC concerns or issues.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing HVAC maintenance and repairs.
  7. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on HVAC systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding HVAC maintenance and repairs.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors of commercial buildings.
  12. Respond promptly to emergency HVAC calls and perform necessary repairs.
  13. Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and optimize HVAC systems for optimal performance.
  16. Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hvac Systems: A Qualified Hvac Building Engineer At Cbre Group Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Heating, Ventilation, And Air Conditioning Systems, Including Their Components, Operation, And Maintenance.

  • Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Skilled In Troubleshooting And Repairing Hvac Equipment. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Hvac Systems.
