Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Clients And Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In The Hk Real Estate Market, With A Focus On Commercial Properties.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Negotiations And Deal Closures.
