  1. Manage all aspects of construction projects in the healthcare industry, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the construction process.
  2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop project plans and ensure alignment with project goals.
  4. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  5. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  9. Communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  10. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

  12. Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare construction industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Construction Project Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Standards, Including Hipaa And Nfpa.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Healthcare Construction Projects, Including Budget And Schedule Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Effectively Manage Project Teams.
