As the Program Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the global titles program for our company, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global titles program for CBRE Group.
  2. Ensure consistency and compliance across all regions in regards to job titles and hierarchy.
  3. Create and maintain a database of all job titles and their corresponding responsibilities and qualifications.
  4. Collaborate with regional teams to review and update job titles as needed.
  5. Establish guidelines and procedures for job title changes and updates.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of job titles across the organization.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for any questions or concerns regarding job titles.
  8. Communicate any changes or updates to job titles to the appropriate stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure job titles align with company policies and procedures.
  10. Identify areas for improvement in the global titles program and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Train and educate employees on the global titles program and its importance.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to job titles and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Manage a team of title specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.
  14. Work closely with upper management to provide regular updates on the global titles program and its impact on the organization.
  15. Continuously monitor and assess the success of the global titles program and make adjustments as needed.
