- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Technology Media & Telecom division.
- Lead and manage a global sales team, including setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technology, media, and telecom industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and develop their skills.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Continuously assess market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Act as a thought leader and drive innovation within the Technology Media & Telecom division.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Media And Telecom Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Global Sales Team.
Strong Understanding Of The Technology Media And Telecom Market, Including Key Players, Trends, And Challenges.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Clients And Senior Executives.
