  3. Utilize your extensive knowledge of the technology, media, and telecom industries to effectively communicate CBRE's value proposition and services to potential clients.
  4. Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing ongoing client relationships.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Collaborate with other CBRE teams and departments to leverage resources, expertise, and networks to support sales efforts.
  7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent CBRE's brand and values in all interactions with clients and partners.
  8. Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets.
  9. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of CBRE's technology, media, and telecom business.
  10. Stay current on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to provide valuable insights and inform sales strategies.
