We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Global Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager to join our team in an onsite role. As the Global HSE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our company's HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and clients worldwide.   1. Develop and implement global HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company standards.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current HSE programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and identify potential hazards.
  4. Provide coaching and training to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HSE-related inquiries and concerns from employees, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  7. Conduct investigations into workplace accidents, injuries, and near misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Keep up-to-date with emerging HSE trends and best practices, and make recommendations for their integration into company policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external HSE organizations, consultants, and vendors.
  10. Prepare and submit reports to senior management on HSE performance, initiatives, and compliance.
  11. Lead and facilitate HSE committee meetings and training sessions.
  12. Monitor and manage HSE budget and resources.
  13. Promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.
  14. Stay informed of any changes in HSE regulations and ensure company compliance.
  15. Act as a mentor and role model for employees in regards to HSE practices and procedures.
  16. Collaborate with HR to ensure HSE policies are integrated into employee onboarding and development programs.
  17. Develop and oversee HSE communication and awareness campaigns.
  18. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HSE-related activities and incidents.
  19. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
  20. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Facilities Management Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Hse Regulations And Standards, Including Osha, Epa, And Iso 14001.

  • Proven Experience In Successfully Developing And Implementing Hse Programs And Initiatives Across Multiple Sites And Regions.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
