Global Health & Safety Manager

- Develop and implement global health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Create and maintain a comprehensive health and safety program that addresses all aspects of the organization, including office spaces, construction sites, and client properties
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks, and develop corrective action plans
- Train and educate employees and managers on health and safety protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices
- Manage and maintain all necessary health and safety records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve the organization's health and safety program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve health and safety outcomes
- Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and resolution of any health and safety incidents
- Develop and maintain relationships with external health and safety organizations and regulatory agencies
- Provide guidance and support to local health and safety teams in various regions to ensure consistency and compliance across all operations
- Communicate regularly with senior management on the status of the organization's health and safety program and any potential risks or concerns.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Global Health And Safety Management Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of International Health And Safety Regulations And Standards, Including Osha, Iso, And Local Regulations.
Proven Experience Developing And Implementing Global Health And Safety Policies And Procedures.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Health And Safety Protocols.
