Job Description

The GIS Developer will be supporting the accounts’ GIS application needs. Develops advanced location intelligence deliverables, both traditional and web-based, using a combination of geo-spatial, analytic, data integration and graphic design skills. Acts as project manager for larger GIS requests/deliverables. Works with client to manage and identify solutions while also managing their expectations. Responsible for driving high-quality controls, and leverages quality assurance checklists to ensure project standards are adhered to. Analyzing problems and making appropriate recommendations as it pertains to GIS, publishing GIS resources and many other related GIS tasks. Support various data integration projects related to GIS and other account reporting needs.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with all ESRI products including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS GeoEvent server, ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro

  • Real Estate experience preferred

  • Experience leveraging other data sources, including cloud based databases and technologies, preferred

  • Experience with GCP highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated success leading project delivery for large, cross functional programs

Compensation
