  1. Oversee financial operations for real estate investment funds, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all financial reporting.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for multiple funds.
  4. Review and approve fund expenses, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor fund performance and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of fund transactions.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  8. Train and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve fund accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fund accounting.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of management, providing clear and concise updates on fund financials.
  12. Participate in fund meetings and presentations as needed.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fund Accounting Or Real Estate Finance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting For Real Estate Investment Funds.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Experience With Yardi Or Other Real Estate Accounting Software Preferred.
